1/ Call us to express your interest and BOOK the equipment loan. You'll need a credit or debit card handy for the following charges:
A deposit (fully refundable) of £100 to cover the mobile receiver / router and internal antenna.A charge of £20 (non-refundable) to cover insured delivery and collection of the equipment in the UK.
We will advise you on the best carrier and nearest Line-of-Sight mast for your Location. Maps indicating “Viewshed” (line-of-sight) analysis of topographical data will be provided.
2/ You wll complete local tests, call us to arrange collection of the equipment and your refund.
3/ Based on your results, and armed with the information as to where you could place an external 3 to 4 metre external mast on your premises we will recommend an external antenna with suitable gain. Lead-in Lengths from antennas are normally maximum 5 metres, Longer leads can be supplied but are not recommended. We will also recommend an Internal Router with built-in SIM carrier to support LTE FDD / UMTS/ GSM bands for UK & Europe. The router will have at least 4 Ethernet ports and support up to 32 devices through WiFi and Ethernet.
4/ We will be happy to provide on-site assistance if necessary. If the site is extensive, we can supply and install repeaters to ensure every square metre of your multi-storey / tower / estate is served.
*Theoretical limits set for the UK – Speed dependent on distance from the nearest transmitter.
